dear mr. waltz:

your work team, headed by pat patterson, installed the radiant blanket in my attic on july 2, 2003. to all appearances, they did an excellent job regarding neatness and thoroughness while having to work in the very uncomfortably hot attic. they discovered where tape securing one of the air conditioner ducts had dried out allowing some of the cool air to escape uselessly into the attic. mr. patterson re-taped the ducts to prevent further loss of cooling. they were very good to pick up and dispose of all trash from the project.

although it is too early to ascertain what savings the blanket will yield on my utility bills, i can say that the thermostat has remained at a setting of 74 degrees and the temperature of the house has only ranged from 73.5 to 78 degrees. where i can see an immediate benefit of your product is in my pantry. the water heater is in the pantry, and the heat it gave off has always been so high that i had to keep the pantry door open to allow the heat to escape.

mr. patterson wrapped the heater with the radiant blanket and it caused an immediate improvement.. . for the first time, i can close the pantry door and not have the build-up of heat.

i am looking forward to lower utility bills in the future.

i am writing to tell you how pleased we are with your product, we noticed a difference right away. we think choosing the barrier blanket. insulation is the best decision we could have made.

our house before this was hard to keep a consistent even temperature, each room was different and the whole house was uncomfortable. our utilities were way over the top, we paid a fortune. we are getting our first utility bills since the installation and yes, it has made a difference. now the whole house is very comfortable and pleasant. -

wow! i can believe! that is what we say a lot since you installed our radiant barrier insulation. our air conditioner is enjoying it's off time; actually it's concerned about being unemployed since it has noticed it's services are not required nearly as often as before.

what you said about radiant barrier insulation in your presentation is definitely true; we especially enjoy the consistent temperature in the home no more "cold" or "hot" rooms in the home.

also, your quick resolution to unforeseen situations impressed us and adds one more reason to recommend our friends to your business.

i would like to take this opportunity of writing and let you know that in just a short time since have my quality radiant barrier insulation, have and my wife notices an appreciable difference in the temperatures in my home.

just since november 17, 2003 to the present time have noticed the difference in temperature between outside and inside is considerably based upon either the heating or the cooling mode is operating.

it has not been a long enough time to give you any indication of power saving but i am hoping that as we get closer to the cooling cycle i will see an appreciable amount of savings.

on april 04 of 2004, mtj inc. installed the radiant barrier insulation system in the attic of our home. while in the attic, the technicians also repaired an air leak in our air conditioning system.

it is our pleasure to say that within twenty four hours of installation the hot spots in our home virtually disappeared. we have also noted a pleasant reduction in our utility bills. it would be hard to come to any other conclusion than, "this stuff really works!! !"

dear dan,

i attended your meeting in pearland, and i was very impressed by the demonstrations. however, i like to do comparison shopping so i called around to find other companies so that i could compare your product and price. i was referred by two businesses to kilgore lumber co. i called and spoke with mr. hoover and asked if he knew anything about radiant barriers. he told me there are two kinds on the market, one with aluminum on one side and kraft paper on the other side, and then there is the "good" kind that has aluminum on both sides. he said he sold it until about ten years ago when the manufacturing companies changed their mode of distribution and would no longer sell it to him. he recommended it very highly as a way to lower your electric bills.

with this information i had no reservations about going ahead with the installation. i could tell a difference the very next day. after my last electric bill i had set my thermostat to 80 degrees and in the afternoons i would have three ceiling fans on in the family room and kitchen. this is an open area which is located on the west side of the house. my thermostat is still set on 80 degrees but i no longer have any ceiling fans on and the house is very comfortable.

the installers are very conscientious workers and are dedicated to doing a good job. all in all, this has been a very rewarding experience.

dear dan;

i want to take this opportunity to tell you about the comfort level of my house since the installation of "radiant barrier".

we noticed about halfway through the istall that the heating unit was kicking on less then it was at the beginning. we did not notice much difference in the comfort level that day because of the traffic in and out of the house. the next day i noticed that i was not sitting down and wrapping a throw around my legs. the temperature was more even from floor to ceiling. my dachshund had a new litter of puppies, which she had been keeping, covered with shredded newspaper, the day after the install she had them uncovered. that let me know it must be warmer to her down there on the floor.

i am looking forward to my next electric bill to see what that has to say about "radiant barrier"..

dear sirs:

both my wife and i are real estate agents. we turn off our air conditioner during the day when we are away. it was impossible to come and be comfortable for the first hour or two because the house would not cool off in that amount of time. since installing the aluminum barrier the house cools off immediately. we don't have to run the air all day just for the benefit of a few hours in the evening.

also in the spring and fall we are not able to use ceiling fans instead of air conditioning, to keep cool. we are very satisfied about highly recommending the product. we stay more comfortable and spend less on heating and cooling bills year round.

dear dan,

on january 21st, we had your company to install the radiant barrier in our house. the installers were very professional, courteous and helpful. they worked continuously for several hours to complete their task in the time quoted. we did not know they needed a small piece of material to finish the task, but the next day billy came by to put that piece in place.

the week of installation was the coldest of the year and within 24 to 36 hours we felt the temperature was more uniform and the house more comfortable. our is a two story house.

we had a serviceman to check our heating system four days after the installation and he said the attic was warm instead of freezing and the unit only came on once during the hour he was servicing the unit.

if this is the change you can tell immediately in cold weather, we can't wait to see what summer brings.
